The Loft playhouse from Shire is a two storey playhouse complete with balustrade and ladder.

This great apex-roofed playhouse features a single front door with diamond window, 2 fixed and 2 opening windows with artificial shutters and matching criss cross effect.

Upstairs area is 166 x 73cm and comes complete with balustrade and ladder.

Supplied with two window boxes as standard, additional window boxes can be purchased once added to basket.

Manufactured to European safety standard EN71, using superior quality FSC approved smoothed pine.

Constructed from superior cladding style tongue and groove interlocking boards.

Child safe styrene glazed windows. Wood has a basecoat treatment in a honey brown industrial product.

Full instructions for assembly are supplied and optional timber treatment can also be supplied. These options can be selected once added to the basket.

there are obviously degrees of self assembly, from a few screws to fit through to raw timber arriving with a leaflet of the sizes to cut. DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE THE AMOUNT OF ASSEMBLY REQUIRED. you need to glaze windows and chisel out hinges. I will give you an update when its finished but i am astonised as to how much work is required to put this together, if it had been clearer in the deion we would have looked at others
