This great apex-roofed playhouse features a single front door with diamond window and front criss cross effect windows.

Optional window box can be purchased at checkout.

Manufactured to European safety standard EN71, using superior quality FSC approved smoothed pine.

Constructed from superior cladding style tongue and groove interlocking boards.

Child safe styrene glazed windows. Wood has a basecoat treatment in a honey brown industrial product.

Full instructions for assembly are supplied and optional timber treatment can also be supplied. These options can be selected once added to the basket.

Lovely playhouse when finished. The poorly illustrated and written instructions make it a challenge to get finished though. And the door latch fell apart in 5 minutes

I APPOLOGISE! THE PLAYHOUSE ARRIVED ON THE DAY I WROTE THE LAST REVIEW.NOW ITS FINALLY UP IT'S BEAUTIFUL! WELL WORTH THE WAIT AND MONEY. OUR GIRLS ARE GOING TO HAVE MANY YEARS ENJOYMENT. THE ONLY THING I WILL SAY IS THAT THE INSTRUCTIONS COULD'VE BEEN ABIT BIGGER! I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE.
