The Outlook playhouse from Playland.

This apex-roofed playhouse arranged on two levels adding extra fun for a child is secured on a 60cm high platform creating an exciting elevated hideout and allows for a sheltered area below which is ideal for maximising space and storage or play equipment.

Complete with an easy climb access ramp.
All wood has been dip treated with a water based treatment.

Manufactured to European safety standard EN71, using superior quality timber.

Full instructions for assembly are supplied or alternatively can be delivered and built by Playland if required. This option can be selected once added to the basket.

10 years against wood rot.

Note: Supplied pre-treated with a water based timber treatment for protection. In order to receive the full anti-rot guarantee, it is necessary that you treat the garden building with a high quality, spirit-based, timber preservative prior to or shortly after construction. This will protect the timber from weathering and will need to be repeated accordingly in relation to manufacturers instructions. This will ensure the 10 year anti-rot guarantee.
