The Two storey Rockthorn Cottage playhouse from Playland.

This apex-roofed playhouse features a single door with attractive design, plus fixed windows to front and side. Front windows include two window boxes.
Upper front window includes decorative shutters.

Access to the second floor is via a sturdy ladder complete with safety rail.

Manufactured to European safety standard EN71, using superior quality timber.

Child safe styrene glazed windows. All wood has been dip treated with a water based treatment.

Full instructions for assembly are supplied or alternatively can be delivered and built by Playland if required. This option can be selected once added to the basket.

Note: Supplied pre-treated with a water based timber treatment for protection. In order to receive the full anti-rot guarantee, it is necessary that you treat the garden building with a high quality, spirit-based, timber preservative prior to or shortly after construction. This will protect the timber from weathering and will need to be repeated accordingly in relation to manufacturers instructions. This will ensure the 10 year anti-rot guarantee.
